Ice baths at events have become a thing, and not just fitness events. MashUp 2025 is an exclusive, invitation-based event in Malmö that brings together over 500 of the Nordic region's top startup founders, investors and innovators.

In partnership with Mashup 2025, we are hosting at Mana: Founder Sauna & Ice Bath, a ice-cold and red-hot experience in the form of contrast therapy with our cold baths and saunas.
